cadrul Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalit\u0103\u021bii Economice, sub coordonarea procurorului de caz, au re\u021binut pentru 24 de ore, pe baz\u0103 de ordonan\u021b\u0103, un b\u0103rbat b\u0103nuit de comiterea infrac\u021biunii de \u00een\u0219el\u0103ciune.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma cercet\u0103rilor efectuate, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au stabilit c\u0103 b\u0103nuitul ar fi propus reprezentantului persoanei v\u0103t\u0103mate v\u00e2nzarea unor produse de protec\u021bie a plantelor \u0219i i-ar fi promis c\u0103 le va livra \u00een termen de 5-7 zile, dac\u0103 acesta va efectua plata.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au stabilit c\u0103 b\u0103rbatul nu de\u021binea certificarea necesar\u0103 pentru a comercializa produse de protec\u021bie a plantelor pe teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei \u0219i nu putea s\u0103 comercializeze astfel de produse.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Prejudiciul este estimat la<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> 102.405,50 lei. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cel \u00een cauz\u0103, va fi prezentat pe parcursul <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">acestei zile Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te pentru dispunerea unor m\u0103suri preventive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"
