Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalit\u0103\u021bii Economice, sub coordonarea procurorului de caz de la Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, au re\u021binut pe baz\u0103 de ordonan\u021b\u0103, pentru 24 de ore, un b\u0103rbat din localitatea Te\u021bcoiu, b\u0103nuit de comiterea unor fapte de evaziune fiscal\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cel \u00een cauz\u0103 va fi prezentat \u00een fa\u021ba magistra\u021bilor cu propunere de arestare preventiv\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma cercet\u0103rilor efectuate, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au stabilit c\u0103, \u00een perioada octombrie 2012-iunie 2014, b\u0103rbatul, \u00een calitate de administrator al unei societ\u0103\u021bi comerciale din localitate, ar fi omis s\u0103 eviden\u021bieze \u00een contabilitate opera\u021biunile derulate cu 7 agen\u021bi economici \u0219i veniturile ob\u021binute \u00een urma acestora.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, b\u0103nuitul ar fi \u00eenregistrat opera\u021biuni nereale, respectiv cheltuieli cu achizi\u021bii de m\u0103rfuri \u0219i prest\u0103ri de servicii.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Prejudiciul creat este estimat la 1.687.168 de lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"
