Veniturile aferente sunt neimpozabile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Titlurile de stat pot fi cump\u0103rate:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00eentre 4 \u0219i 22 februarie 2019 de la unit\u0103\u021bile Trezoreriei Statului; <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00eentre 4 \u0219i 21 februarie 2019 prin re\u021beaua de oficii po\u0219tale ale Po\u0219tei Rom\u00e2ne, din mediul urban, \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 20 februarie 2019 la cele din mediul rural.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Sunt eligibile persoanele fizice care au \u00eemplinit v\u00e2rsta de 18 ani la data efectu\u0103rii subscrierii. A fost eliminat\u0103 plafonarea sumelor care pot fi investite de persoanele fizice \u00een cadrul acestor emisiuni.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Investitorii au posibilitatea anul\u0103rii subscrierilor deja efectuate prin depunerea, \u00een perioada de subscriere, a unei cereri de anulare. Ulterior, subscrierile sunt irevocabile \u0219i nu mai pot fi anulate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-US\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Titlurile de stat care sunt lansate \u00een data de 4 februarie 2019 sunt \u00een form\u0103 dematerializat\u0103 \u0219i au valoare nominal\u0103 de 1 leu.
