La fa\u0163a locului s-a deplasat o echip\u0103 de poli\u0163i\u015fti care a procedat la urm\u0103rirea persoanei .  Poli\u0163i\u015ftii au ac\u0163ionat cu operativitate astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t autorul a fost depistat \u015fi identificat ca fiind S. Ion, de 42 de ani, din localitatea Comi\u015fani, asupra c\u0103ruia au fost g\u0103site 3 produse cosmetice apar\u0163in\u00e2nd societ\u0103\u0163ii comerciale.   Persoana \u00een cauz\u0103 a fost cercetat\u0103 de poli\u0163i\u015fti \u00een repetate r\u00e2nduri pentru asemenea fapte, \u00een dosarele penale \u00eentocmite fiind propuse solu\u0163ii legale.  \tPrejudiciul a fost recuperat \u00een totalitate \u015fi restituit p\u0103r\u0163ii v\u0103t\u0103mate.  Se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firii infrac\u0163iunii de furt calificat. La finalizarea cercet\u0103rilor, se va propune solu\u0163ie legal\u0103 prin parchet.
