Avea \u015fi motive s\u0103 fug\u0103 de agen\u0163i &#8211; nu avea permis de conducere, era beat, iar dubi\u0163a era radiat\u0103 din circula\u0163ie&#8230;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>&#8222;Politistii de la Serviciul Rutier au efectuat un semnal regulamentar de oprire conducatorului unei autoutilitare. Acesta nu a respectat semnalele agentilor de politie, motiv pentru care s-a procedat la urmarirea lui. Autoutilitara a fost oprita dupa aproximativ un kilometru.<\/div>\n<div>Conducatorul autovehiculului a fost identificat in persoana unui barbat de 48 de ani, din Dragomiresti. In urma verificarilor efectuate s-a stabilit ca acesta nu poseda permis de conducere, iar autoutilitara este radiata din circulatie.<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div>Fiind testat cu aparatul etilotest, cel in cauza a prezentat o alcoolemie cu o valoare peste limita de 0.40mg\/l alcool pur in aerul expirat. Pe numele lui a fost intocmit un dosar penal sub aspectul savarsirii de infractiuni contra sigurantei circulatiei pe drumurile publice.
