drumurile publice a unui autovehicul de <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">c\u0103tre o persoan\u0103 care nu posed\u0103 permis de conducere \u0219i refuz de a se supune prelev\u0103rii de mostre biologice necesare \u00een vederea stabilirii alcoolemiei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma cercet\u0103rilor efectuate, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au stabilit c\u0103, \u00een cursul nop\u021bii de 18 august a.c., cel \u00een cauz\u0103 ar fi p\u0103truns f\u0103r\u0103 drept \u00een locuin\u021ba unui b\u0103rbat de 49 de ani, din Vulcana<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">-Pandele \u0219i i-ar fi aplicat lovituri cu un obiect ascutit-t\u0103ietor \u00een zona bra\u021bului drept \u0219i la unul dintre membrele inferioare.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, dup\u0103 comiterea faptelor, b\u0103nuitul ar fi condus un autoturism, de\u0219i nu poseda permis de conducere, iar cu ocazia cercet\u0103rilor a refuzat testarea cu aparatul etilotest \u0219i prelevarea de probe biologice \u00een vederea stabilirii alcoolemiei.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Partea v\u0103t\u0103mat\u0103 a fost transportat\u0103 la spital pentru \u00eengrijiri medicale, medicul legist stabilind c\u0103 necesit\u0103 23-25 de zile pentru lovitura principal\u0103 din zona fe\u021bei, r\u0103nile de cu\u021bit fiind minore&#8221;, precizeaz\u0103 IPJ D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"
