Poli\u0163istul Ilie Cezar, scos basma curat\u0103 \u00een scandalul pietonului re\u0163inut abuziv!\u201d, v\u0103 comunic\u0103m urm\u0103toarele:  Urmare a evenimentului produs \u00een ziua de 11.02.2009, la nivelul Inspectoratului de Poli\u0163ie al Jude\u0163ului D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a, un colectiv de ofi\u0163eri au desf\u0103\u015furat verific\u0103ri cu privire la cele petrecute, \u00eempotriva agentului de poli\u0163ie fiind dispuse m\u0103suri disciplinare \u00een conformitate cu prevederile normelor interne.  De asemenea, \u00een dosarul \u00eentocmit la nivelul Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a, urmare a activit\u0103\u0163ilor desf\u0103\u015furate, a fost dispus\u0103 ne\u00eenceperea urm\u0103ririi penale \u00eempotriva agentului de poli\u0163ie la care dumneavoastr\u0103 face\u0163i referire.   \u00cen concluzie consider\u0103m total nefondate afirma\u0163iile dumneavoastr\u0103 cu privire la faptul c\u0103 subofi\u0163erul a fost \u201escos basma curat\u0103 \u00een scandalul pietonului re\u0163inut abuziv\u201d.
