economice.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La data de 21 decembrie a.c., poli\u021bi\u0219tii de investigare a criminalit\u0103\u021bii economice din cadrul Inspectoratorului de Poli\u021bie Jude\u021bean D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, sub coordonarea procurorilor din cadrul Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, efectueaz\u0103 16 perchezi\u021bii, \u00een jude\u021bele D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, Ilfov, Giurgiu, Bra\u0219ov \u0219i Hunedoara.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ac\u021biunea vizeaz\u0103 destructurarea unei grup\u0103ri infrac\u021bionale specializat\u0103 \u00een s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irea unor infrac\u021biuni de evaziune fiscal\u0103 \u0219i sp\u0103lare a banilor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Astfel, \u00een perioada 2012-2015, cei \u00een cauz\u0103, \u00een calitate de administratori ai unor societ\u0103\u0163i comerciale, nu ar fi eviden\u021biat \u00een contabilitate venituri ob\u021binute \u00een urma opera\u021biunilor cu materiale reciclabile.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, ace\u0219tia ar fi influen\u021bat obliga\u021biile fiscale datorate bugetului de stat, \u00een sens negativ, prin \u00eenregistrarea \u00een eviden\u021bele contabile proprii de cheltuieli fictive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Prejudiciul cauzat este de peste 2 milioane de euro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La activit\u0103\u021bi particip\u0103 \u0219i poli\u021bi\u0219ti din Ilfov, Giurgiu, Bra\u0219ov \u0219i Hunedoara, lupt\u0103tori pentru ac\u021biuni speciale \u0219i efective de jandarmi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"
