de Investiga\u021bii Criminale D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba au ac\u021bionat pe raza municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te pentru prevenirea \u015fi combaterea ilegalit\u0103\u0163ilor ce se comit \u00een domeniul comercializ\u0103rii de bunuri culturale mobile. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Astfel, a fost constat\u0103 o infrac\u021biune la O.G. 43\/2000 privind protec\u021bia patrimoniului arheologic \u0219i au fost aplicate dou\u0103 sanc\u021biuni contraven\u021bionale pentru nerespectarea prevederilor Legii 12\/1990 privind protejarea popula\u021biei \u00eempotriva unor activit\u0103\u021bi comerciale ilicite.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/banc.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" (max-width: 631px) 100vw, 631px\" \/><\/a>De asemenea, au fost confiscate mai multe monezi \u0219i bancnote, dou\u0103 c\u0103r\u021bi, un dic\u021bionar \u0219i o bro\u0219ur\u0103, toate mai vechi de 50 de ani, de\u021binute f\u0103r\u0103 documente legale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au depistat un b\u0103rbat de 33 de ani, \u00een timp ce de\u021binea un detector de metale, \u00een scopul comercializ\u0103rii, de\u0219i nu era autorizat \u00een acest sens.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pe numele lui, a fost \u00eentocmit dosar penal pentru nerespectarea prevederilor O.G. 43\/2000 privind protec\u021bia patrimoniului arheologic, iar detectorul de metale a fost indisponibilizat \u00een vederea continu\u0103rii
