S-a \u00eemplinit un an de la incidentul scandalos provocat de poli\u0163istul Cezar Ilie, angajat al Serviciului Poli\u0163iei Rutiere D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a. \u00cen februarie 2009, un t\u00e2n\u0103r a trecut prin momente de nedescris dupa ce a „\u00eendr\u0103znit” s\u0103 fotografieze ma\u015fina poli\u0163iei parcat\u0103 \u00een sta\u0163ia de autobuz. <\/p>\n

Poli\u0163istul Ilie Cezar, cel care se afla la volanul ma\u015finii parcate \u00ceN STA\u0162IA DE AUTOBUZ, a considerat c\u0103 pietonul a \u00eenc\u0103lcat grav legea \u015fi l-a luat val v\u00e2rtej la sediul Poli\u0163iei. Dup\u0103 o anchetare ca-n filme, bietul pieton a fost l\u0103sat s\u0103 plece. Poli\u0163istul a fost mustrat de superiorii s\u0103i, \u00eens\u0103 omul legii a sc\u0103pat f\u0103r\u0103 probleme. „Procurorul de caz a dat NUP, ne\u00eenceperea urm\u0103rii penale, poli\u0163istului. M-am adresat instan\u0163ei. Dac\u0103 nu mi se va face dreptate voi ac\u0163iona statul rom\u00e2n la CEDO”, ne-a declarat George Andrei, pietonul anchetat. Unde e lege, se pare c\u0103 e suficient\u0103 tocmeal\u0103… <\/p>\n
