Au fost ridicate aproape 3.000 de articole pirotehnice, un trofeu de v\u00e2nat \u0219i peste 400 de \u021bigarete.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La data de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">02 noiembrie a.c., poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Serviciului Arme, Explozivi \u0219i Substan\u021be Periculoase, sprijini\u021bi de efective specializate \u00een investigarea criminalit\u0103\u021bii economice \u0219i de lupt\u0103torii Serviciului pentru Ac\u021biuni Speciale din D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, au efectuat dou\u0103 perchezi\u021bii pe raza localit\u0103\u021bii Ocni\u021ba, la domiciliile a doi b\u0103rba\u021bi de 43 \u0219i 61 de ani, b\u0103nui\u021bi de braconaj cinegetic.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma perchezi\u021biilor au fost ridicate 2.910 articole pirotehnice \u0219i 420 de \u021bigarete, precum \u0219i un trofeu de v\u00e2nat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u021bi\u0219tii au aplicat trei sanc\u021biuni contraven\u021bionale, dintre care dou\u0103 la Legea 295\/2004 privind regimul armelor \u0219i al muni\u021biilor \u0219i una la Legea 12\/1990 privind protejarea popula\u021biei \u00eempotriva unor activit\u0103\u021bi comerciale ilicite.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, cei \u00een cauz\u0103 sunt cerceta\u021bi pentru nerespectarea regimului materiilor explozive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Activitatea <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">a fost desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 \u00een cadrul unui dosar penal \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri pentru comiterea infrac\u021biunii de braconaj cinegetic fa\u021b\u0103 de patru persoane, prinse \u00een flagrant la data de 22 octombrie a.c., c\u00e2nd ar fi organizat o partid\u0103 ilegal\u0103 de v\u00e2n\u0103toare pe fondul cinegetic din Ocni\u021ba, \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia ar fi \u00eempu\u0219cat un porc mistre\u021b.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ieri, poli\u021bi\u0219tii din D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba au descins la domiciliile unor persoane b\u0103nuite de braconaj cinegetic.
