Din 11.12.2011 se renunta la titulaturile de rapid, accelerat si personal si  se introduc noile denumiri europene interregio (care le cuprind pe primele doua) si regio pentru personal.  Tarifele la trenurile interregio sunt undeva intre cele actuale pentru rapid si accelerat si nu se modifica la regio.   Definirea trenurilor de calatori in functie de serviciile oferite de operatorii  de transport feroviar de calatori :<\/p>\n<p>     I. Trenurile intercity IC se clasifica astfel:<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211;        Intercity Eurocity IC-EC  &#8211;        Intercity Euronight IC-EN  &#8211;        Intercity IC  &#8211;        Intercity Night IC-N<\/p>\n<p>     II. Trenurile interregio IR se clasifica astfel:<\/p>\n<p>  &#8211;        Interregio IR  &#8211;        Interregio Night IR-N<\/p>\n<p>     III.
