Fata de aspecte prezentate in articolul d-voastra, dorim sa facem urmatoarele precizari, si anume: Procesul privind fuziunea prin absortie dintre PMP\u00a0 si UNPR se afla pe rolul Curtii de Apel Bucuresti, dosalul fiind inregistrat sub nr.28715\/3\/2016, iar in ce priveste stadiul procesual, acest dosar este suspendat. Pentru ca fuziunea dintre PMP si UNPR sa produca efecte juridice trebuie sa existe o hotarare judecatoreasca definitiva. Cum procesul privind fuziunea dintre cele doua subscrise este suspendat, hotararea judecatoreasaca definitiva nu a fost pronuntata.<\/div>\n<div>Pe de alta parte, in Registrul Partidelor Politice, UNPR figureaza ca partid politic de sine statator.<\/div>\n<div>UNPR are alesi locali (iunie 2016) de ordinul miilor in toata tara.
