urma a 19 perchezi\u0163ii domiciliare efectuate ieri, \u00een jude\u0163ele D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, Arge\u0219 \u0219i Suceava, la persoane b\u0103nuite de contraband\u0103<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ieri, 22 februari<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">e, poli\u021bi\u0219tii Inspectoratului de Poli\u021bie Jude\u021bean D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba \u0219i procurorii D.I.I.C.O.T. \u2013 Biroul Teritorial D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, cu suportul de specialitate al Direc\u021biei Opera\u021biuni Speciale din cadrul Inspectoratului General al Poli\u021biei Rom\u00e2ne au realizat prinderea \u00een flagrant a unui b\u0103rbat, urmat\u0103 de 19 perchezi\u0163ii domiciliare la persoane b\u0103nuite de contraband\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La activit\u0103\u021bi au participat \u0219i poli\u021bi\u0219ti ai Serviciului de Combatere a Criminalit\u0103\u0163ii Organizate <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba \u0219i de la inspectoratele de poli\u021bie jude\u021bene Arge\u0219 \u0219i Suceava.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma perchezi\u021biilor, au fost ridicate 11.834 de pachete de \u021bigarete, 987 de litri de alcool, o instala\u021bie artizanal\u0103 pentru fabricarea alcoolului, 187.559 de lei, 15.690 de euro, un autoturism, 24 de telefoane mobile, un laptop, un pistol de autoap\u0103rare de\u021binut ilegal \u0219i 66 de cartu\u0219e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Din datele \u015fi probele adm<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">inistrate \u00een cauz\u0103, rezult\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een perioada 2016 \u2013 2017 b\u0103nui\u0163ii ar fi desf\u0103\u015furat activit\u0103\u021bi ilegale cu \u0163igarete de contraband\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, fa\u0163\u0103 de 8 dintre cele 20 de persoane b\u0103nuite de s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firea faptelor s-a dispus m\u0103sura re\u021binerii pentru 24 de ore, urm\u00e2nd a fi prezenta\u021bi instan\u021bei de judecat\u0103 cu propunere de arestare preventiv\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen cauz\u0103 sunt continuate cercet\u0103rile sub aspectul comiterii infrac\u021biunilor de contraband\u0103,<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">constituire a unui grup infrac\u021bional organizat \u0219i nerespectarea regimului armelor \u0219i muni\u021biilor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\"
