Se interzice oprirea voluntar\u0103 a vehiculelor:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; lit. k) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>pe pistele obligatorii<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> pentru pietoni sau pentru pietoni \u0219i biciclete ori pe benzile rezervate unor anumite categorii de vehicule, semnalizate ca atare. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; lit. n) <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>pe trotuar<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">, cu excep\u021bia situa\u021biei \u00een care administratorul drumului puiblic a executat amenaj\u0103ri care respect\u0103 prevederile Art. 144 alin (2) \u0219i (3).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Art. 141<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">, a fost introdus un nou alineat, respectiv alineatul (8): <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Se consider\u0103 sta\u021bionare pe partea carosabil\u0103 situa\u021bia \u00een care oricare dintre ro\u021bile vehiculului <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>sau remorcii se reg\u0103se\u015fte pe partea carosabil\u0103<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>. <\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Noile dispozi\u021bii prev\u0103zute \u00een H. G. Nr. 965\/15.12.2016 stabilesc \u0219i c\u0103 vehiculele sta\u021bionate neregulamentar vor putea fi ridicate de c\u0103tre administratorul drumului public sau de c\u0103tre administra\u021bia public\u0103 local\u0103, dup\u0103 caz. Potrivit Art. II din H.G. nr. 965\/2016, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>\u201e<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Procedura privind ridicarea vehiculului, prev\u0103zut\u0103 de Regulamentul de aplicare a Ordonan\u0163ei de urgen\u0163\u0103 a Guvernului nr. 195\/2002, aprobat prin Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea Guvernului nr. 1.391\/2006, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare, se aplic\u0103 \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor \u015fi de poli\u0163istul local \u00een situa\u0163iile prev\u0103zute la art. 7 lit. h) \u015fi k) din Legea poli\u0163iei locale nr. 155\/2010, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare<\/b><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>ATEN\u021aIE!<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> Hot\u0103r\u00e2rea Guvernului nr. 965 din 15 decembrie 2016, publicat\u0103 \u00een Monitorul Oficial nr. 1035 din 22 decembrie 2016, va intra \u00een vigoare \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu data de 21.01.2017.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comunicat de pres\u0103 Poli\u021bia Local\u0103 T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te, prin Serviciul Circula\u021bie, v\u0103 informeaz\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile H.G. nr. 965\/15.12.2016, au fost aduse modific\u0103ri la H.G. nr. 1391\/2006privind circula\u021bia pe drumurile publice, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103: Art. 142.
