Astfel, N. Marin, de 68 de ani, din municipiul Bucure\u015fti, \u00een timp ce conducea un autoturism, nu s-a asigurat corespunz\u0103tor la schimbarea direc\u0163iei de mers c\u0103tre st\u00e2nga \u015fi nu a acordat prioritate de trecere unui alt autoturism, condus de C. Nicolae, de 34 de ani, din municipiul T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, intr\u00e2nd \u00een coliziune cu acesta.       N. Marin a fost testat cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul fiind pozitiv, respectiv 0,13 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat.   Din accident a rezultat r\u0103nirea u\u015foar\u0103 a lui N. Marin, care a fost transportat la Spitalul Or\u0103\u015fenesc G\u0103e\u015fti, unde i s-a stabilit diagnosticul \u201etcc cu plag\u0103 parietal\u0103 dreapta\u201d, f\u0103r\u0103 a r\u0103m\u00e2ne sub observa\u0163ie.  Poli\u0163i\u015ftii efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri pentru stabilirea cu exactitate a cauzelor \u015fi \u00eemprejur\u0103rilor producerii acestui accident.
