align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i><b>\u00cencep\u00e2nd cu data de <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i><b>01 februarie, pentru ob\u021binerea certificatului de cazier judiciar, nu se mai solicit\u0103 taxa de prestare serviciu \u00een valoare de 10 lei <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Potrivit prevederilor Legii nr. 1 din 06 ianuarie 2017 privind eliminarea unor taxe \u0219i tarife, precum \u0219i pentru modificarea \u0219i completarea unor acte normative, v\u0103 inform\u0103m c\u0103 \u00eencep\u00e2ndu cu 01 februarie a.c., nu se va mai solicita taxa aferent\u0103 eliber\u0103rii certificatelor de cazier judiciar persoanelor fizice \u0219i juridice, \u00een cuantm de 10 lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Astfel, pentru a se ob\u021bine un certificat de cazier judiciar \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, persoana fizic\u0103 poate depune personal cererea-tip, cu datele complete de stare civil\u0103 \u0219i motivat\u0103, la orice subunitate de poli\u021bie \u00een care exist\u0103 ghi\u0219eu de cazier judiciar, \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de actul de identitate aflat \u00een termen de valabilitate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">persoana juridic\u0103 depune prin reprezentant legal, care trebuie s\u0103-\u0219i dovedeasc\u0103 calitatea, cererea-tip, cu datele complete de identificare \u0219i motivat\u0103, la orice subunitate de poli\u021bie \u00een care exist\u0103 ghi\u0219eu de cazier judiciar, \u00eenso\u021bit\u0103 de:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 <span style=\"font-size: large;\">dovada calit\u0103\u021bii de persoan\u0103 juridic\u0103;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 <span style=\"font-size: large;\">dovada c\u0103 deponentul este reprezentantul legal al persoanei juridice solicitante (Anexa 38 din H.G. nr. 345\/2010);<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 <span style=\"font-size: large;\">copie de pe actul de identitate al reprezentantului legal.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Certificatul de cazier judiciar se elibereaz\u0103, de regul\u0103, pe loc, sau \u00een cel mult 3 zile de la data solicit\u0103rii, \u00een situa\u021biile \u00een care cererea este depus\u0103 \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Documentele sunt valabile 6 luni de la data primirii \u0219i
