(1) din Legea 544\/2001 privind liberul acces la informa\u0163iile de interes public, cu modific\u0103rile \u015fi complet\u0103rile ulterioare, \u00een cazul \u00een care solicitarea de informa\u0163ii implic\u0103 realizarea de copii de pe documentele de\u0163inute de autoritatea sau institu\u0163ia public\u0103, costul serviciilor de copiere este suportat de solicitant, \u00een condi\u0163iile legii.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Astfel, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Ordinului 157\/2016 pentru aprobarea costului serviciului de copiere a documentelor solicitate \u00een temeiul Legii nr. 544\/2001 privind liberul acces la informa\u0163iile de interes public, \u00een Ministerul Afacerilor Interne, costul serviciului de copiere a documentelor solicitate \u00een temeiul Legii nr. 544\/2001, \u00een unit\u0103\u0163ile Ministerului Afacerilor Interne, suportat de solicitant este aferent unei opera\u0163iuni tehnice de copiere, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">a) 0,5 lei per pagin\u0103, alb-negru, pentru informa\u0163ii \u015fi imagini disponibile pe h\u00e2rtie format A4 sau inferior;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">b) 0,6 lei per pagin\u0103, alb-negru, pentru informa\u0163ii \u015fi imagini disponibile pe h\u00e2rtie format A3.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Plata serviciilor de copiere se poate realiza la casieria Inspectoratului de Poli\u021bie Jude\u021bean <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba sau \u00een contul RO70TREZ2715032XXX003103 deschis la Trezoreria Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te (CUI 4279790).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Dup\u0103 plata serviciilor de copiere a documentelor solicitate solicitantul<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> trebuie s\u0103 se prezinte la sediul I.P.J D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba pentru \u00eenm\u00e2narea documentelor cerute.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>COMUNICAT DE PRES\u0102 \u00a0Inspectoratul de Poli\u021bie Jude\u021bean D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba v\u0103 informeaz\u0103: Potrivit art. 9, alin.
