(1^1) din Legea nr. 349\/2002 republicat\u0103, modificat\u0103 \u0219i completat\u0103 prin Legea nr. 15\/2016, potrivit c\u0103ruia \u201e<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">se interzice complet fumatul \u00een unit\u0103\u0163ile sanitare, de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt, precum \u015fi \u00een cele destinate protec\u0163iei \u015fi asisten\u0163ei copilului, de stat \u015fi private\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Contraven\u021biile <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">mai sus men\u021bionate au fost constatate, ca urmare a \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rii prevederilor Legii nr. 349\/2002 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">republicat\u0103, modificat\u0103 \u0219i completat\u0103 prin Legea nr. 15\/2016, \u00een incinta unit\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u021bia Local\u0103 T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te lanseaz\u0103 un semnal de alarm\u0103 cu privire la faptul c\u0103 se interzice complet fumatul \u00een institu\u021biile de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt.
