art. 71 din <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>Legea nr. 215\/2001<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">, modificat\u0103, privind administra\u021bia public\u0103 local\u0103, <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">&#8211; art. 22 din <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>Legea 255\/2013<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> pentru punerea \u00een aplicare a Legii nr. 135\/2010, privind Codul de procedur\u0103 penal\u0103 \u0219i pentru modificarea \u0219i completarea unor acte normative care cuprind dispozi\u021bii procesuale penale, <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">&#8211; Decizia Cur\u021bii Constitu\u021bionale nr.740\/03.11.2015 referitoare la excep\u021bia de neconstitu\u021bionalitate a dispozi\u021biilor art. 222, alin (10) din Codul de procedur\u0103 penal\u0103,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">&#8211; adresa Judec\u0103toriei T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te nr. 7753\/27.09.2016 prin care s-a dispus luarea m\u0103surii preventive a arestului la domiciliu pentru o perioad\u0103 de 30 de zile fa\u021b\u0103 de Ti\u021ba Petru\u021b-Bogdan, Primar al comunei Ulmi,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">&#8211; referatul Serviciului contencios, control legalitate acte \u0219i aplicarea apostilei, nr. 7757\/27.09.2016,<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> Prefectul Jude\u021bului D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba a emis Ordinul nr. 394\/27.09.2016 privind <\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b>constatarea suspend\u0103rii de drept a mandatului <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Primarului comunei Ulmi, domnul Ti\u021ba Petru\u021b-Bogdan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> Suspendarea dureaz\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la \u00eencetarea m\u0103surii preventive a arestului la domiciliu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><b> Biroul de pres\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p align=\"CENTER\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comunicat de pres\u0103 Av\u00e2nd \u00een vedere prevederile: &#8211;
