El este acuzat de trafic de influen\u0163\u0103. \u00cen spe\u0163\u0103, se pare c\u0103 a cerut \u015fi a primit 6000 de lei de la patronul unui local de jocuri mecanice, promi\u0163\u00e2ndu-i c\u0103 intervine pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Garda Financiar\u0103 ca s\u0103-l scape de rigorile legii. Gurile rele spun c\u0103 Ispas era recunoscut ca un real sprijin al infractorilor, mul\u0163i blam\u00e2ndu-l pentru comportamentul s\u0103u \u00eenc\u0103 de c\u00e2nd se afla la Poli\u0163ia ora\u015fului G\u0103e\u015fti. Este regretabil c\u0103 Leonard Ispas nu a \u00een\u0163eles c\u0103 i s-a acordat o \u015fans\u0103 \u00een urm\u0103 cu c\u00e2\u0163iva ani, atunci c\u00e2nd a fost implicat \u00eentr-un scandal monstru la nivel na\u0163ional.
