Vezi \u00een ce condi\u0163ii"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b><a href=\"http:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/copreda.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-51928\" alt=\"copreda\" src=\"http:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/copreda.jpg\" width=\"650\" height=\"450\" \/><\/a>COMUNICAT<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><strong>Regia Nationala a Padurilor-Romsilva <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\">achizitioneaza prin<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><b> Directia Silvica <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><b>Dambovita<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"> terenuri din afara fondului forestier .Achizitia se va face cu respectarea metodologiei de cumparare , schimb sau donatie aprobata de Hotarirea Guvernului nr.118\/2010 in ordinea prioritatilor stabilita la art.2 alin.1), lit.a), b)si c):<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> \u2018\u2019<span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\">ART.2 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\">1) Fac obiectul cumpararii categoriile de terenuri in urmatoarea ordine de prioritati:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">a) enclave existente in fondul forestier proprietate publica a statului;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">b) terenuri cu destinatie agricola care nu sunt limitrofe fondului forestier national, cu suprafata mai mare de 20 ha , situate in zonele deficitare in paduri;<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\">c) terenuri cu destinatie agricola limitrofe fondului forestier proprietate publica a statului\u00a0;\u2019\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><b>DIRECTOR,<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times-Ro, serif;\"><b>dr.ing.
