Activit\u0103\u0163ile<\/span><\/span> s-au desf\u0103\u015furat pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ilor Dragomire\u015fti, Lucieni \u015fi M\u0103ne\u015fti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u00cen urma perchezi\u0163iilor, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au ridicat \u00een vederea continu\u0103rii cercet\u0103rilor drujbe, topoare, 5 atelaje hipo \u015fi un pistol de tip airsoft.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u00cen sarcina b\u0103rba\u0163ilor, cu v\u00e2rste cuprinse \u00eentre 31 \u015fi 39 de ani, s-a re\u0163inut c\u0103 \u00een perioada martie 2015 \u2013 martie 2016 au t\u0103iat \u015fi sustras f\u0103r\u0103 drept 100 de m\u00b3 de lemn, esen\u0163\u0103 stejar \u015fi fag, din fondurile forestiere situate pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ilor M\u0103ne\u015fti \u015fi Raciu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Prin activitatea infrac\u0163ional\u0103, b\u0103nui\u0163ii ar fi cauzat un prejudiciu de 30.000 de lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Cei \u00een cauz\u0103 au fost re\u0163inu\u0163i pentru 24 de ore, urm\u00e2nd ca ast\u0103zi s\u0103 fie prezenta\u0163i instan\u0163ei de judecat\u0103 cu propunere de arestare preventiv\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Poli\u0163i\u015ftii continu\u0103 cercet\u0103rile \u00een vederea prob\u0103rii \u00eentregii activit\u0103\u0163i infrac\u0163ionale a b\u0103rba\u0163ilor \u015fi recuper\u0103rii prejudiciului.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
