D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, sub coordonarea procurorului desemnat din cadrul Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, \u00een colaborare cu Inspectoratul de Poli\u0163ie al Jude\u0163ului D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, au prins \u00een flagrant delict un b\u0103rbat, cu ocazia oferirii a 600 de lei unor poli\u021bi\u0219ti din T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te, pentru a nu-i \u00eentocmi dosar penal cu ocazia depist\u0103rii acestuia \u00een trafic \u00een timp ce conducea un autoturism pe drumurile publice av\u00e2nd permisul de conducere suspendat.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen fapt, la data de 7 decembrie 2015, doi poli\u021bi\u0219ti din cadrul Poli\u021biei Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te &#8211; Biroul Rutier au sesizat S.J.A. D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba cu privire la faptul c\u0103 un b\u0103rbat le-a oferit 600 de lei pentru a nu-i \u00eentocmi actele de cercetare penal\u0103 \u00een cauz\u0103 dup\u0103 ce acesta a fost depistat \u00een trafic, av\u00e2nd permisul de conducere suspendat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u021bi\u0219tii au refuzat categoric aceast\u0103 ofert\u0103 \u015fi, \u00eentruc\u00e2t cel \u00een cauz\u0103 insista \u00een oferirea sumei de bani, s-a dispus organizarea \u015fi realizarea activit\u0103\u0163ii de prindere \u00een flagrant.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Acesta a fost prins imediat dup\u0103 ce, \u00een biroul poli\u021bi\u0219tilor, le-ar fi oferit 600 de lei pentru ca ace\u0219tia s\u0103 nu-\u0219i \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 atribu\u021biile de serviciu.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cel \u00een cauz\u0103 a fost condus la sediul Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba \u00een vederea continu\u0103rii cercet\u0103rilor sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firii infrac\u0163iunii de dare de mit\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">sursa &#8211; IPJ D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DOI POLI\u021aI\u0218TI AU REFUZAT MIT\u0102 La data de 7 decembrie a.c., ofi\u021berii Direc\u021biei Generale Anticorup\u021bie (D.G.A.)
