Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte a fost sesizat\u0103 cu privire la faptul c\u0103 \u00een afara localit\u0103\u0163ii Buc\u015fani, a avut loc un accident rutier, soldat cu decesul unui b\u0103rbat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma deplas\u0103rii la fa\u0163a locului, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au stabilit c\u0103 un biciclist, \u00een v\u00e2rst\u0103 de 33 de ani, \u00een timp ce se deplasa pe DJ 720 A, echipat cu vest\u0103 reflectorizant\u0103, a fost acro\u015fat \u015fi accidentat mortal de un autoturism, conduc\u0103torul auto p\u0103r\u0103sind locul faptei f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eencuviin\u0163area organelor de poli\u0163ie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Ac\u0163ion\u00e2nd cu operativitate, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au identificat \u015foferul \u00een persoana unui b\u0103rbat de 36 de ani, din B\u0103leni.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">S-a procedat la testarea acestuia cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul fiind negativ.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cel \u00een cauz\u0103 a fost re\u0163inut <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> pentru 24 de ore pentru comiterea infrac\u0163iunilor de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>ucidere din culp\u0103<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d \u015fi \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>p\u0103r\u0103sirea locului accidentului, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eencuviin\u0163area poli\u0163iei sau a procurorului care efectueaz\u0103 cercetarea locului faptei, de c\u0103tre conduc\u0103torul vehiculului implicat \u00eentr-un accident de circula\u0163ie<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d, urm\u00e2nd ca pe parcursul acestei zile s\u0103 fie prezentat instan\u0163ei de judecat\u0103 cu propunere de arestare
