a Criminalit\u0103\u0163ii Economice, sub coordonarea unui procuror de la Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, au documentat activitatea infrac\u0163ional\u0103 a doi b\u0103rba\u0163i b\u0103nui\u0163i de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>complicitate la \u00een\u015fel\u0103ciune.<\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Din cercet\u0103ri a reie\u015fit c\u0103 cei doi b\u0103nui\u0163i, prin atribuirea de calit\u0103\u0163i mincinoase, ar fi \u00eenchiriat un utilaj pe care ulterior l-ar fi v\u00e2ndut la un pre\u0163 inferior fa\u0163\u0103 de valoarea real\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, b\u0103rba\u0163ii ar fi garantat \u00eenchirierea utilajului prin emiterea a dou\u0103 file CEC, dintre care una \u00een alb, cu titlu de garan\u0163ie pentru motostivuitor \u015fi una \u00een valoare de 3.200 lei, reprezent\u00e2nd contravaloarea transportului.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Prejudiciul cauzat este de 15.000 euro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen ziua de 12 octombrie a.c., unul dintre b\u0103nui\u0163i, b\u0103rbatul de 43 de ani, din G\u0103e\u015fti, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> a fost re\u0163inut pentru 24 de ore. \u00cen urma probatoriului administrat, Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte a dispus fa\u0163\u0103 de acesta m\u0103sura controlului judiciar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au procedat la re\u0163inerea celui de al doilea b\u0103nuit, urm\u00e2nd ca
