Ion, de 28 de ani, din T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, \u00een timp ce conducea un autoturism\t, nu a adaptat viteza de deplasare la condi\u0163iile de drum \u00een curb\u0103, a derapat, lovindu-se de un gard.  \tFiind testat cu aparatul etilotest , rezultatul a fost de 1,01 mg\/l alcool  pur \u00een aerul expirat, conduc\u0103torul auto fiind transportat la Spitalul Jude\u0163ean T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte,  \u00een vederea recolt\u0103rii de probe biologice de s\u00e2nge.  \t\u00cen cauz\u0103 s-a \u00eentocmit dosar penal \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri, urm\u00e2nd ca la finalizarea acestora s\u0103 se propun\u0103 solu\u0163ie legal\u0103 prin Parchet.
