Doi administratori, evaziune fiscal\u0103 cu 558 de facturi false!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b><a href=\"http:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/bani1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-26839\" alt=\"bani1\" src=\"http:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/bani1.jpg\" width=\"604\" height=\"454\" srcset=\"https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/bani1.jpg 604w, https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/bani1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px\" \/><\/a>ADMINISTRATOR<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>I, CERCETA\u0162I DE POLI\u0162I\u015eTI PENTRU EVAZIUNE FISCAL\u0102<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"CENTER\">\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i><b>Poli\u0163i\u015ftii din D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a cerceteaz\u0103 doi administratori ai unor societ\u0103\u0163i comerciale pentru evaziune fiscal\u0103, fapt\u0103 prin care ar fi cauzat un prejudiciu de <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i><b>823.900 de lei.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"CENTER\">\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">L<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">a data de 30 iunie a.c., poli\u0163i\u015ftii specializa\u0163i \u00een investigarea criminalit\u0103\u0163ii economice din cadrul Inspectoratului de Poli\u0163ie Jude\u0163ean D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a,sub coordonarea unui procuror de la Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a,au documentat activitatea infrac\u0163ional\u0103 a doi b\u0103rba\u0163i, de 37 respectiv 39 de ani, b\u0103nui\u0163i de evaziune fiscal\u0103 \u015fi complicitate la evaziune fiscal\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"CENTER\">\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cei \u00een cauz\u0103 sunt b\u0103nui\u0163i c\u0103, \u00een perioada ianuarie 2008 \u2013iulie 2009, \u00een calitate de administratori ai unor societ\u0103\u0163i comerciale, ar fi \u00eenregistrat \u00een contabilitate 558 de factur<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">i privind opera\u0163iuni nereale de achizi\u0163ii sau prest\u0103ri servicii.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Prejudiciul cauzat este de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">823.900 de lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u0163i\u015ftii au procedat la re\u0163inerea celor doi, urm\u00e2nd ca pe parcursul acestei zile s\u0103 fie prezenta\u0163i magistra\u0163ilor cu propunere de arestare preventiv\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"it-IT\" align=\"JUSTIFY\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>ADMINISTRATORI, CERCETA\u0162I DE POLI\u0162I\u015eTI PENTRU EVAZIUNE FISCAL\u0102 Poli\u0163i\u015ftii din D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a cerceteaz\u0103 doi administratori ai unor societ\u0103\u0163i comerciale pentru evaziune fiscal\u0103, fapt\u0103 prin care ar fi cauzat un prejudiciu de 823.900 de lei.
