large;\">Poli\u0163i\u015ftii din cadrul Poli\u0163iei Ora\u015fului G\u0103e\u015fti au oprit pentru control, pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ii Petre\u015fti, un autoturism condus de un t\u00e2n\u0103r, de 23 ani.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor efectuate, s-a stabilit c\u0103<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"> valabilitatea autoriza\u0163iei provizorii de circula\u0163ie a autoturismului era expirat\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pe numele <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span satului Serdanu, de\u015fi nu poseda permis de conducere pentru nicio categorie de vehicule.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> <span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen cauz\u0103, s-a \u00eentocmit dosar penal pentru sav\u00e2r\u015firea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul de c\u0103tre o persoan\u0103 care nu posed\u0103 permis de conducere pentru nicio categorie de vehicule<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">un alt b\u0103rbat, din Voluntari, este cercetat pentru comiterea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>punere \u00een circula\u0163ie ori conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul ne\u00eenmatriculat sau ne\u00eenregistrat<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d, dup\u0103 ce a fost depistat de poli\u0163i\u015ftii rutieri conduc\u00e2nd un autoturism pe raza municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, a c\u0103rui autoriza\u0163ie provizorie de circula\u0163ie nu mai era
