#000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">din cadrul Serviciului de Investigare a Criminalit\u0103\u0163ii Economice, sub coordonarea unui procuror de la Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Tribunalul D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a, au documentat activitatea infrac\u0163ional\u0103 a trei persoane, din care dou\u0103 fizice \u015fi una juridic\u0103, b\u0103nuite de comiterea de fapte de evaziune fiscal\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Din cercet\u0103ri a reie\u015fit c\u0103 \u00een perioada 2008-2011, \u00een calitate de administratori, acestea ar fi \u00eenregistrat \u00een contabilitatea societ\u0103\u0163ilor opera\u0163iuni comerciale fictive, derulate cu agen\u0163i economici cu comportament de tip fantom\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Prejudiciul cauzat este de 22.848.234 lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen cauz\u0103, a fost aplicat sechestru asigur\u0103<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">tor pe bunurile imobile ale b\u0103nui\u0163ilor, p\u00e2n\u0103 la concuren\u0163a sumei de 9.196.540 lei.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La data de 28 aprilie a.c., poli\u0163i\u015ftii au \u00eenaintat Parchetului dosarul penal cu
