A fost prezentat\u0103 la cabinetul medical al unit\u0103\u0163ii dup\u0103 care a fost transportat\u0103 la Spitalul Jude\u0163ean din T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, unde a r\u0103mas internat\u0103. <!--more-->  \u00cen cursul dimine\u0163ii, persoana privat\u0103 de libertate D. S, care execut\u0103 pedeapsa \u00een regim de maxim\u0103 siguran\u0163\u0103, a fost transferat\u0103 la Penitenciarul Spital Rahova, unde va r\u0103m\u00e2ne internat\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la stabilizarea  complet\u0103 a st\u0103rii sale de s\u0103n\u0103tate. Conform procedurilor legale \u00een vigoare, a fost informat judec\u0103torul delegat pentru executarea pedepselor privative de libertate , iar persoanei private de libertate i s-a \u00eentocmit raport de incident .
