large;\">Poli\u0163i\u015ftii din cadrul Serviciului Rutier au oprit, pentru control, un autoturism<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00eenmatriculat \u00een Germania, condus de un b\u0103rbat de 34 de ani, din Bezdead.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor efectuate, s-a stabilit c\u0103 autoturismul era radiat din circula\u0163ie.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pe numele conduc\u0103torului auto a fost \u00eentocmit un dosar penal pentru comiterea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>punere \u00een circula\u0163ie ori conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul ne\u00eenmatriculat ori ne\u00eenregistrat, potrivit legii<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, un alt b\u0103rbat, de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">59 de ani, este cercetat pentru s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul de c\u0103tre o persoan\u0103 care nu posed\u0103 permis de conducere<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d, dup\u0103 ce a fost depistat de poli\u0163i\u015fti conduc\u00e2nd un moped pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ii Vi\u015fine\u015fti, de\u015fi nu poseda permis de conducere pentru nicio categorie de vehicule.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Totodat\u0103, dou\u0103 persoane au fost depistate de poli\u0163i\u015fti conduc\u00e2nd autoturisme pe drumurile publice, de\u015fi consumaser\u0103 alcool.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma test\u0103rii cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatele au fost de 0.64, respectiv 0.93 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat, motiv pentru care au fost condu\u015fi la spital pentru recoltarea de mostre biologice \u00een vederea stabilirii cu exactitate a \u00eembiba\u0163iei alcoolice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pe numele celor \u00een
