halen\u0103 alcoolic\u0103, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au procedat la testarea acestuia cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul fiind de peste 0.40 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat, motiv pentru care a fost condus la spital pentru recoltarea de mostre biologice \u00een vederea stabilirii cu exactitate a \u00eembiba\u0163iei alcoolice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, un alt b\u0103rbat, de 45 de ani, din Produle\u015fti, este cercetat pentru comiterea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul de c\u0103tre o persoan\u0103 care nu posed\u0103 permis de conducere<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d, dup\u0103 ce a fost depistat de poli\u0163i\u015ftii g\u0103e\u015fteni conduc\u00e2nd un moped pe DN 7, pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ii Coste\u015ftii din Deal, de\u015fi nu poseda permis de conducere pentru nicio categorie de
