pentru control, un autoturism condus de un b\u0103rbat, de 53 de ani, din V\u0103c\u0103re\u015fti.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00centruc\u00e2t conduc\u0103torul auto emana halen\u0103 alcoolic\u0103, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au procedat la testarea acestuia cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul fiind de 1.16 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, un alt conduc\u0103tor auto, de 58 de ani, din T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, a fost depistat conduc\u00e2nd un autoturism pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ii, iar \u00een urma test\u0103rii cu aparatul etilotest, acesta a prezentat o alcoolemie de 0.41 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cei doi au fost condu\u015fi la spital pentru prelevarea de mostre biologice \u00een vederea stabilirii cu exactitate a \u00eembiba\u0163iei alcoolice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pe numele celor \u00een cauz\u0103, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au \u00eentocmit dosar penal sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firii infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul de cercet\u0103rilor s\u0103 se propun\u0103 solu\u0163ie legal\u0103 prin Parchet. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i><b>Poli\u0163ia d\u00e2mbovi\u0163an\u0103 reaminte\u015fte conduc\u0103torilor auto c\u0103 alcoolul la volan este incompatibil cu activitatea de \u015fofat, acesta reprezent\u00e2nd una
