align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00centruc\u00e2t conduc\u0103torul auto emana halen\u0103 alcoolic\u0103, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au procedat la testarea acestuia cu aparatul etilotest, rezultatul fiind de 0.54 mg\/l alcool pur \u00een aerul expirat, motiv pentru care a fost condus la spital pentru prelevarea de mostre biologice \u00een vederea stabilirii cu exactitate a \u00eembiba\u0163iei alcoolice. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">B\u0103rbatul este cercetat pentru comiterea infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>conducere pe drumurile publice de c\u0103tre o persoan\u0103 care se afl\u0103 sub influen\u0163a alcoolului<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">De asemenea, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">poli\u0163i\u015ftii din Titu au depistat un t\u00e2n\u0103r, de 27 de ani, \u00een timp ce conducea un autoturism, pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ii Potlogi, de\u015fi nu poseda permis de conducere pentru nicio categorie de vehicule.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u0163i\u015ftii au \u00eentocmit un dosar penal sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u015firii infrac\u0163iunii de \u201e<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><i>conducere pe drumurile publice a unui autovehicul de c\u0103tre o persoan\u0103 care nu posed\u0103 permis de conducere<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u201d,
