Poli\u0163i\u015ftii din cadrul Serviciului Arme, Explozivi \u015fi Substan\u0163e Periculoase au organizat o ac\u0163iune pe linia verific\u0103rii respect\u0103rii normelor legale privind regimul armelor \u015fi muni\u0163iilor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u00cen cadrul ac\u0163iunii, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au descoperit la domiciliul unui b\u0103rbat, de 42 de ani, din V\u0103c\u0103re\u015fti, o pu\u015fc\u0103 cu aer comprimat, de calibru 5,5 mm.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor efectuate, a reie\u015fit c\u0103 acesta nu de\u0163ine documente care s\u0103 ateste provenien\u0163a legal\u0103 a acestei arme neletale supus\u0103 autoriz\u0103rii, motiv pentru care a fost ridicat\u0103 \u00een vederea continu\u0103rii cercet\u0103rilor.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Pe numele b\u0103rbatului, a fost \u00eentocmit un dosar penal pentru comiterea infrac\u0163iunii\u00a0 de \u201e<\/span><\/span>de\u0163inere sau portul f\u0103r\u0103 drept de arme neletale din categoria celor supuse autoriz\u0103rii<\/i><\/span><\/span>\u201d.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Un b\u0103rbat care se sustr\u0103gea execut\u0103rii pedepsei \u00eenchisorii a fost depistat de poli\u0163i\u015fti\u00a0 <\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Poli\u0163i\u015ftii din cadrul Sec\u0163iei 3 Poli\u0163ie Rural\u0103 Butimanu au depistat pe raza localit\u0103\u0163ii, pe numitul D.N., de 32 de ani, pe numele c\u0103ruia Judec\u0103toria T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte a emis un mandat de executare a unei pedepse privative de libertate. <\/span><\/p>\n

B\u0103rbatul a fost condamnat la executarea a 1 an \u015fi 6 luni de \u00eenchisoare, ca urmare a comiterii infrac\u0163iunii de \u201et\u0103iere ilegal\u0103 de arbori\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n

Cel \u00een cauz\u0103 a fost re\u0163inut \u015fi depus \u00een Centrul de Re\u0163inere \u015fi Arest Preventiv din cadrul\u00a0 Inspectoratului de Poli\u0163ie al Jude\u0163ului D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
