b\u0103rbatul nu poseda permis de conducere pentru nicio categorie de vehicule, iar la vehicul era ata\u015fat\u0103 o remorc\u0103 ne\u00eenregistrat\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"
