Valoarea sanc\u021biunilor aplicate de poli\u021bi\u0219ti este de peste 97000 de lei, iar a bunurilor confiscate de 2800 de lei.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00cen perioada 07-10 iulie a.c., aproape 190 de poli\u0163i\u015fti d\u00e2mbovi\u0163eni au ac\u0163ionat suplimentar fa\u0163\u0103 de dispozitivele curente de ordine \u015fi siguran\u0163\u0103 public\u0103, pentru prevenirea \u015fi combaterea faptelor antisociale.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Poli\u0163i\u015ftii au controlat 53 de societ\u0103\u0163i comerciale \u015fi 178 de autovehicule \u015fi au efectuat 27 de filtre.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00cen urma ac\u0163iunilor desf\u0103\u015furate, au fost constatate 12 infrac\u0163iuni \u00een flagrant delict, din care 11 la regimul circula\u0163iei.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">De comiterea infrac\u0163iunilor sunt b\u0103nuite 7 persoane, dintre care dou\u0103 au fost re\u0163inute. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Totodat\u0103, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au aplicat 372 de sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale, \u00een cuantum total de 97890 de lei \u015fi au confiscat bunuri \u00een valoare de 2800 de lei.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Poli\u0163i\u015ftii au intervenit \u015fi au aplicat 57 de sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale pentru nerespectarea normelor privind ordinea \u015fi lini\u015ftea public\u0103 prev\u0103zute de Legea 61\/1991 \u015fi 295 ca urmare a \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rii normelor O.U.G. 195\/2002 privind circula\u0163ia pe drumurile publice, din care 137 pentru \u00eenc\u0103lcarea regimului legal de vitez\u0103 \u015fi 3 pentru consum de alcool.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 115%;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Ca m\u0103sur\u0103 complementar\u0103, poli\u0163i\u015ftii au re\u0163inut 17 permise de conducere \u015fi au retras 2 certificate de \u00eenmatriculare.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BULETIN INFORMATIV 12 infrac\u021biuni au fost constatate \u0219i circa 370 de sanc\u021biuni au fost aplicate, pe parcursul acestei s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2ni, \u00een cadrul ac\u021biunilor def\u0103\u0219urate pentru prevenirea faptelor antisociale.
