Promptitudine \u00een ceea ce prive\u015fte interven\u0163ia la apelurile pe 112<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00cen ultimele 24 de ore, la Biroul Opera\u0163ional \u015fi Apeluri de Urgen\u0163\u0103 112 D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a au fost primite un num\u0103r de 86 de apeluri.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Din num\u0103rul total al acestora, \u00een cazul a 23 a fost necesar\u0103 interven\u0163ia poli\u0163i\u015ftilor, iar 56 au constat \u00een \u00eendrum\u0103ri sau reveniri.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

\u00cen ceea ce prive\u015fte timpul de reac\u0163ie, \u00een toate cazurile, interven\u0163ia poli\u0163i\u015ftilor a fost \u00een primele 10 minute de la momentul sesiz\u0103rii.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

Totodat\u0103, ca urmare a deplas\u0103rii poli\u0163i\u015ftilor la apelurile 112, au fost aplicate 5 sanc\u0163iuni contraven\u0163ionale \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Legii 61\/1991 privind ordinea \u015fi lini\u015ftea public\u0103.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

V\u0103 reamintim c\u0103 potrivit art. 32 alin.1 din OUG 34\/2008 constituie contraven\u0163ii urm\u0103toarele fapte \u015fi se sanc\u0163ioneaz\u0103 astfel:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\n

a) apelarea abuziv\u0103 a num\u0103rului unic pentru apeluri de urgen\u0163\u0103 112, cu amend\u0103 de la 500 lei la 1.000 lei;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) alertarea fals\u0103 a agen\u0163iilor specializate de interven\u0163ie, cu amend\u0103 de la 500 lei la 1.000 lei;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
