Poli\u021bia  Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte a fost sesizat\u0103 prin apel unic de urgen\u0163\u0103 112,  c\u0103 pe DJ 711, \u00een interiorul localit\u0103\u0163ii B\u0103leni,  s-a  produs un accident de circula\u021bie .  \t  La fa\u021ba locului s-a deplasat echipa operativ\u0103 constituit\u0103 la nivelul Poli\u021biei Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, care a constatat urm\u0103toarele:  \t  M. Gheorghe,  de 45 de ani, din comuna B\u0103leni, \u00een timp ce conducea un vehicul cu trac\u0163iune animal\u0103, afl\u00e2ndu-se sub influen\u0163a b\u0103uturilor alcoolice,  a acro\u015fat pe numitul N. Gheorghe, de 78 de ani, din comuna B\u0103leni, care conducea o  biciclet\u0103 , pe aceea\u015fi direc\u0163ie de deplasare.   \t  Din accident a rezultat v\u0103t\u0103marea corporal\u0103 u\u015foar\u0103 a N. Gheorghe,  conduc\u0103torul bicicletei, care a fost transportat la Spitalul Jude\u0163ean de Urgen\u0163e T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, \u00een vederea acord\u0103rii de \u00eengrijiri medicale, ulterior fiind transferat la Spitalul de Urgen\u0163e Floreasca.\t  \t                \t\u00cen cauz\u0103 a fost \u00eentocmit dosar penal  \u00een care se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri, urm\u00e2nd ca la finalizarea acestora s\u0103 fie propus\u0103 solu\u021bie  legal\u0103 prin parchet.
