Viorel, de 55 de ani, domiciliat \u00een comuna V\u0103leni, \u00een timp ce conducea un ATV pe strada Lunca din comuna V\u0103leni, nu a adaptat viteza la condi\u0163iile de drum, \u00eentr-o curb\u0103 la dreapta \u015fi a acro\u015fat cu aripa st\u00e2nga spate pe minorul M.I., de 8 ani, care se juca pe strad\u0103.  Din accident a rezultat r\u0103nirea u\u0219oar\u0103 a minorului, care a fost transportat la Dispensarul comunal, pentru acordarea de \u00eengrijiri medicale, f\u0103r\u0103 a r\u0103m\u00e2ne internat.  Numitului \u0162. Viorel i-au fost recoltate probe biologice \u00een vederea stabilirii alcoolemiei.  \u00cen cauz\u0103 a fost \u00eentocmit dosar penal conform art. 184 Cod Penal \u0219i se efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri pentru stabilirea cu exactitate a tuturor cauzelor \u0219i \u00eemprejur\u0103rilor survenirii evenimentului rutier. La finalizarea acestora, se va propune solu\u021bie legal\u0103 parchetului.
