Decizia abuziv\u0103 a Biroului Electoral Central a fost desfiin\u021bat\u0103 de ICCJ \u00cenalta Curte de Casa\u021bie \u0219i Justi\u021bie (ICCJ) a admis contesta\u021bia Dreptei Unite, a anulat decizia antidemocratic\u0103 a Biroului Electoral Central (BEC) \u0219i a admis protocolul de constituire a alian\u021bei electorale formate din USR, PMP \u0219i For\u021ba Dreptei. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eICCJ ne-a dat dreptate \u0219i a constatat c\u0103 decizia BEC de respingere a \u00eenscrierii protocolului alian\u021bei Dreapta Unit\u0103 este un abuz, un atac direct la adresa democra\u021biei din Rom\u00e2nia, o \u00eencercare de a \u00eempiedica Opozi\u021bia s\u0103 participe la alegeri. Oric\u00e2t de mare este disperarea regimului Iohannis, legile sunt clare. ICCJ a decis corect, la fel cum a f\u0103cut-o \u00een 2019, c\u00e2nd Dragnea \u0219i PSD au vrut s\u0103 scoat\u0103 USR de pe buletin. Nu le-a mers nici atunci, nu le-a mers nici acum. Ne vedem la vot, pe 9 iunie\u201d, afirm\u0103 C\u0103t\u0103lin Drul\u0103, pre\u0219edintele USR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201eM\u0103 bucur c\u0103 au \u00eenvins libertatea de asociere \u0219i democra\u021bia. \u00cen Rom\u00e2nia nu este totul pierdut, avem dreptul s\u0103 mergem c\u0103tre rom\u00e2ni \u0219i s\u0103 le cerem \u00eencrederea pe 9 iunie.
