{"id":147515,"date":"2023-12-31T16:30:42","date_gmt":"2023-12-31T14:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/?p=147515"},"modified":"2023-12-31T16:31:05","modified_gmt":"2023-12-31T14:31:05","slug":"aproape-15-mii-de-petarde-si-artificii-au-fost-confiscate-de-politistii-targovisteni","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/aproape-15-mii-de-petarde-si-artificii-au-fost-confiscate-de-politistii-targovisteni\/","title":{"rendered":"Aproape 15 mii de petarde \u015fi artificii au fost confiscate de poli\u0163i\u015ftii t\u00e2rgovi\u015fteni"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>14.656 de articole pirotehnice indisponibilizate de poli\u021bi\u0219tii d\u00e2mbovi\u021beni<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/petarde.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"758\" height=\"439\" src=\"https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/petarde.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-147409\" srcset=\"https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/petarde.jpg 758w, https:\/\/targovistenews.ro\/live\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/petarde-300x174.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 758px) 100vw, 758px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe parcursul zilei de ieri, 30 decembrie a.c., poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Poli\u021biei Municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te au continuat ac\u021biunile de verificare a modului \u00een care sunt comercializate \u0219i folosite materiale pirotehnice pe raza municipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cu acest\u0103 ocazie au fost constatate 6 infrac\u021biuni prev\u0103zute de Legea nr. 126\/1995 privind regimul materialelor explozive, fiind indisponibilizate 14.656 de articole pirotehnice de diferite tipuri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen toate cazurile, materialele pirotehnice au fost ridicate \u00een vederea continu\u0103rii cercet\u0103rilor, fiind \u00eentocmite dosare penale sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunii de efectuarea de opera\u0163iuni cu articole pirotehnice f\u0103r\u0103 drept. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Reamintim cet\u0103\u021benilor c\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Legii nr.126\/1995, privind regimul materiilor explozive, constituie infrac\u0163iuni \u015fi se pedepsesc cu \u00eenchisoare de la 3 luni la 1 an sau cu amend\u0103, urm\u0103toarele \u00eenc\u0103lc\u0103rii ale normelor legale, astfel:<\/em> <em>&#8211; orice opera\u0163iuni cu articole pirotehnice efectuate, f\u0103r\u0103 drept;<\/em> <em>&#8211; comercializarea articolelor pirotehnice din categoriile 1 \u015fi P1 c\u0103tre persoane care nu au \u00eemplinit v\u00e2rsta de 18 ani;<\/em> <em>&#8211;
