Astfel, va efectua transferul exploata\u021biei pe noua entitate cu care solicit\u0103 sprijin \u00een cadrul acestei interven\u021bii, \u00een conformitate cu cerin\u021bele interven\u021bie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t9\/2\/16\/1f530.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd30\">Conform reglement\u0103rilor legale \u00een vigoare, noua entitate poate fi: persoan\u0103 fizic\u0103 autorizat\u0103 (PFA), \u00eentreprindere individual\u0103 (II), \u00eentreprindere familial\u0103 (IF) sau orice form\u0103 juridic\u0103 de organizare a activit\u0103\u021bii economice, a\u0219a cum sunt detaliate \u00een forma consultativ\u0103 a ghidului solicitantului, disponibil pe site MADR \u0219i AFIR .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t9\/2\/16\/1f530.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udd30\">Este obligatoriu ca transferul exploata\u021biei pe noua form\u0103 de organizare s\u0103 se realizeze \u00eenainte de depunerea cererii de finan\u021bare \u00een cadrul DR 30.
