procuror de la Parchetul de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Curtea de Apel Ploie\u0219ti, au efectuat 10 perchezi\u021bii domiciliare, patru \u00een jude\u021bul Prahova, patru \u00een jude\u021bul Arge\u0219, una \u00een jude\u021bul Ilfov \u0219i una \u00een municipiul Bucure\u0219ti. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De asemenea, au fost puse \u00een aplicare 6 mandate de aducere, persoanele depistate fiind conduse la sediul Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Curtea de Apel Ploie\u0219ti, pentru audieri. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Activit\u0103\u021bile de cercetare penal\u0103 sunt efectuate sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunilor de \u00een\u0219el\u0103ciune, fals \u00een \u00eenscrisuri sub semn\u0103tur\u0103 privat\u0103, uz de fals \u0219i fals \u00een declara\u021bii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din investiga\u021biile efectuate s-a stabilit c\u0103, \u00een perioada noiembrie 2020 \u2013 iunie 2021, prin intermediul a doi administratori ai unor societ\u0103\u021bi comerciale, ar fi fost \u00eentocmite \u00een fals contracte de prest\u0103ri servicii artistice, prin care s-ar fi atestat c\u0103 activitatea artistic\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 ar fi fost afectat\u0103 din cauza pandemiei de COVID-19. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Astfel, \u00een baza declara\u021biilor \u0219i a cererilor care ar fi fost \u00eentocmite \u00een fals, ar fi fost ob\u021binute indemniza\u021bii necuvenite de la o institu\u021bie public\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prejudiciul cauzat este de peste 500.000 de lei. \u00cen cauz\u0103, poli\u021bi\u0219tii continu\u0103 cercet\u0103rile, sub coordonarea
