Poli\u021bi\u0219tii s-au deplasat la fa\u021ba locului unde, din primele cercet\u0103ri efectuate, au constatat c\u0103 un b\u0103rbat \u00een v\u00e2rsta de 65 de ani, in calitate de pieton, \u00een timp ce se deplasa pe DN 7, din direc\u021bia Lunguletu c\u0103tre Titu,<strong> s-ar fi angajat \u00een traversarea p\u0103r\u021bii carosabile \u0219i ar fi fost acro\u0219at de un autoturism condus de o femeie de 57 de ani. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ulterior coliziunii, pietonul ar fi fost proiectat pe sensul opus de mers \u0219i ar fi fost acro\u0219at de un alt autoturism condus de o femeie de 46 de ani. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen cauz\u0103, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au \u00eentocmit dosar penal sub aspectul s\u0103v\u00e2r\u0219irii infrac\u021biunii de <strong>ucidere din culp\u0103<\/strong>, fapt\u0103 prev\u0103zut\u0103 de art. 192 din Codul Penal, fiind efectuate cercet\u0103ri pentru stabilirea cu exactitate a tuturor \u00eemprejur\u0103rilor producerii accidentului&#8221;, precizeaz\u0103 IPJ D\u00e2mbovi\u0163a.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Accident mortal, asear\u0103, pe Drumul Na\u0163ional 7, \u00eentre Lungule\u0163u \u015fi Titu.
