necesar pentru \u201eDrumul de leg\u0103tur\u0103 la DN 71 pentru asigurarea optimiz\u0103rii traficului rutier \u0219i accesibilit\u0103\u021bii \u00een zonele urbane ale ora\u0219elor Pucioasa
