proiectan\u021bii celor dou\u0103 studii de prefezabilitate \u0219i de colegii din Consiliul Jude\u021bean D\u00e2mbovi\u021ba, am sus\u021binut importan\u021ba vital\u0103 a celor dou\u0103 drumuri pentru re\u021beaua rutier\u0103 jude\u021bean\u0103, dar \u0219i na\u021bional\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd1d\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t64\/1\/16\/1f91d.png\"> De asemenea, argumentele noastre \u0219i capacitatea administra\u021biei jude\u021bene de a implementa cele dou\u0103 proiecte au dus la \ud835\udc00\ud835\udc0f\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc0e\ud835\udc01\ud835\udc00\ud835\udc11\ud835\udc04\ud835\udc00 celor dou\u0103 studii de c\u0103tre Comisia Tehnic\u0103 a CNAIR. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u203c\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t77\/1\/16\/203c.png\"> Acesta este \u00eenc\u0103 un pas extrem de important, pot spune istoric, pentru dezvoltarea jude\u021bului nostru \u0219i pentru crearea celor mai bune condi\u021bii de trafic pentru to\u021bi d\u00e2mbovi\u021benii, dar \u0219i pentru cei care ne tranziteaz\u0103 jude\u021bul. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u203c\ufe0f\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t77\/1\/16\/203c.png\"> Ceea ce s-a \u00eent\u00e2mplat  la CNAIR marcheaz\u0103 trecerea la cealalt\u0103 etap\u0103 de preg\u0103tire, respectiv elaborarea studiilor de fezabilitate.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd1d\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t64\/1\/16\/1f91d.png\"> Vreau s\u0103 le mul\u021bumesc pe aceast\u0103 cale tuturor membrilor Comisiei Tehnice a CNAIR pentru c\u0103 au \u00een\u021beles necesitatea realiz\u0103rii acestor dou\u0103 inele de centur\u0103, dar \u0219i pentru deschidere \u0219i dialogul constructiv pe care l-am avut \u00een toat\u0103 aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u203c\ufe0f\" Vom avea 4 benzi, c\u00e2te 2 pe sens, iar fiecare band\u0103 va avea 3,5 m l\u0103\u021bime. Zona dintre cele dou\u0103 sensuri va fi delimitat\u0103 cu parapete de tip semigreu de 3 m l\u0103\u021bime. Ca suprafa\u021b\u0103 a drumului, inclusiv bretele, vorbim de 392.840 mp. Drumul de centur\u0103 va avea 2.400 de metri de poduri \u0219i pasaje care, \u00eensumate, au suprafa\u021ba de 60.000 mp.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\">Inelul 2 de Centur\u0103 al Muncipiului T\u00e2rgovi\u0219te va fi prev\u0103zut cu 5 intersec\u021bii amenajate cu sensuri giratorii sau noduri rutiere, o turbogira\u021bie la intersec\u021bia cu DN 71, 9 pasaje rutiere \u0219i 3 poduri peste cursurile de ap\u0103 pe care le \u00eent\u00e2lne\u0219te.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> Ca sum\u0103, la momentul studiului de prefezabilitate, valoarea estimat\u0103 a Inelului 2 de Centur\u0103 este de 727.433.811,72 lei (inclusiv T.V.A.).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udee3\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t3c\/1\/16\/1f6e3.png\"> Inelul de centur\u0103 al ora\u0219elor Pucioasa \u0219i Fieni<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc47\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t4f\/1\/16\/1f447.png\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> Acest drum are o lungime 15,13 km. \u0218i aici am prev\u0103zut 4 benzi, c\u00e2te 2 pe sens, iar fiecare band\u0103 va avea 3,5 m l\u0103\u021bime. Zona dintre cele dou\u0103 sensuri va fi delimitat\u0103 cu parapete de tip semigreu de 3 m l\u0103\u021bime. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> Drumul de ocolire al celor dou\u0103 ora\u0219e are prev\u0103zute 8 pasaje, 7 poduri \u0219i o punte pietonal\u0103.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\u2705\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t33\/1\/16\/2705.png\"> Totalul general necesar pentru \u201eDrumul de leg\u0103tur\u0103 la DN 71 pentru asigurarea optimiz\u0103rii traficului rutier \u0219i accesibilit\u0103\u021bii \u00een zonele urbane ale ora\u0219elor Pucioasa \u0219i Fieni\u201d este de 782.217.718,07 lei (inclusiv T.V.A.).<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"16\" width=\"16\" alt=\"\ud83e\udd1d\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t64\/1\/16\/1f91d.png\"> Impactul economic al acestor dou\u0103 drumuri de centur\u0103 va fi unul uria\u0219.
