Astfel, I. Lic\u0103, de 55 de ani, din municipiul T\u00e2rgovi\u015fte, \u00een timp ce conducea un autoturism a pierdut controlul asupra direc\u0163iei \u015fi a intrat \u00een coliziune frontal\u0103 cu un cap\u0103t de pod.  Din accident a rezultat r\u0103nirea u\u015foar\u0103 a doi pasageri S. Constantin, de 50 de ani \u015fi O. Andreea, de 18 ani.  \u00cen cauz\u0103 a fost \u00eentocmit dosar penal, iar poli\u0163i\u015ftii efectueaz\u0103 cercet\u0103ri pentru stabilirea tuturor cauzelor \u015fi \u00eemprejur\u0103rilor producerii acestui accident rutier.
