poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Poli\u021biei Municipiului Moreni<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La data de 21 decembrie a.c., poli\u021bi\u0219tii din cadrul Poli\u021biei Municipiului Moreni au re\u021binut pentru 24 de ore, pe baz\u0103 de ordonan\u021b\u0103, un b\u0103rbat de 39 de ani, din localitate, b\u0103nuit de comiterea infrac\u021biunii de tulburarea ordinii \u0219i lini\u0219tii publice.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00cen urma cercet\u0103rilor efectuate, poli\u021bi\u0219tii au stabilit c\u0103, la data de 20 decembrie a.c., b\u0103rbatul, pe fondul consumului de b\u0103uturi alcoolice, ar fi distrus geamurile \u0219i mai multe obiecte dintr-o sta\u021bie GPL, de pe raza municipiului Moreni.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cel \u00een cauz\u0103 va fi prezentat Parchetului de pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 Judec\u0103toria Moreni pentru dispunerea unei m\u0103suri preventive.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Poli\u021bi\u0219tii continu\u0103 cercet\u0103rile, sub coordonarea procurorului de caz, \u00een vederea document\u0103rii \u00eentregii activit\u0103\u021bi infrac\u021bionale.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Not\u0103: Facem precizarea c\u0103, \u00een cazul prezentat, efectuarea urm\u0103ririi penale este o etap\u0103 a procesului penal reglementat\u0103 de Codul de procedur\u0103 penal\u0103, activitate care nu poate, \u00een nicio situa\u021bie, s\u0103 \u00eenfr\u00e2ng\u0103 principiul prezum\u021biei de nevinov\u0103\u021bie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"
